In these challenging times of COVID 19, we need to stay on top of our health, and one easy way to do that is by tracking our water intake with Gajo. The Gajo pad and app can help you monitor your water intake to ensure you drink enough water each day.
Along with reminding you to drink water, the Gajo pad will track your coffee & caffeine intake for the day. We all love coffee, it helps us get through the day or give us a kick in the afternoon, but according to the CDC caffeine consumption (up to 400mg per day) is about 3-5 cups of plain coffee. Do you drink more than that?
How Gajo Works
Building a daily water habit is tough. That’s where Gajo comes in. It has a sleek design and fits naturally into your daily routine. Gajo is lightweight, roughly the size of a coaster, and designed to complement your home décor.
It is easy to set up, download the app, and you can set up your device in a few minutes. Place the Gajo device on a flat surface like your desk or nightstand, then place your glass, cup, mug, or water bottle on it. As you consume your drink, the device graphically tracks how much has been consumed. It seems like magic, but it’s just a great design that helps you stay hydrated.
Gajo reminds us to drink water throughout the day by visually tracking water intake. Gajo keeps us informed about our water intake so we never have to worry about becoming dehydrated. As well as keeping track of your coffee and caffeine intake.
Why did we create Gajo?
As we have gotten old we realized how important it is to take care of ourselves. That all starts with good habits, being active, eating right, taking care of mental health, and finally how much water we drink and caffeine we drink.
Our mission is to create products that help people live a healthy lifestyle, we empathize with your wellness journey and want to build items to make that path simple as well as effortless.
It started with the 3 of us and as we extended team of 22 professionals is spread across 2 continents, 5 countries and 18 Cities.
We are not amateurs, we have a combined 80 years of embedded system experience, 60 years of product design & UX, 50 years of the supply chain, 45 yrs. Of marketing & 60 yrs. Of health & wellness experience.
