To tie and untie shoelaces regularly can be cumbersome. ReactPlus uses elastic fast lock shoelace system to release your time doing so. The force is evenly distributed by the elastic shoelaces to ensure secure fitness without too much pressure on the midfoot. With a simple press and rotate, no more laces coming undone when it is setting off to run, jog, or cycle.
The ReactPlus fast lacing system uses an aerospace-grade ultra-tough polymer nylon component to ensure the stability and durability. Tying and untying can be done in one second. With a simple pull and rotate anti-clockwise, you may take off the shoes with no effort. The lock system provides an efficient, easy to operate, time-saving and comfortable experience, and you will never worry about tying your shoes again during any activity.
To help wearers feel more lightweight, secure, and strength, our engineers use a complex 3D fly knitting structure on the ReactPlus upper, which is a 360-degree construction that wraps the entire foot. The fly knitting process makes it possible to maximize the foot’s natural motion that is, it won’t put much pressure on the foot. Instead, it holds the foot just like a bionic second skin with secure fit, durability, stretch capability and stability. In addition, it retains its three-dimensionality to help shape the foot properly.
ReactPlus 3D fly knitting even uses 2 colors to make it more stylish, yet with thousands of needle-like knitted breathable air channels, it breathes well to prevent moisture and perspiration from being locked in the shoe.
The 360-degree form is engineered for better movement and speed. It wraps the foot and allows ReactPlus to move with the wearer by minimizing the space in the shoe, as a result, minimizing the in-shoe movement. The majority of today’s midsoles and insoles are made with EVA (Ethylene Vinyl-Acetate) which carries the advantages of lightweight, flexible and cushioning. However, EVA does have a significant problem: it cannot take good care of all the three elements: cushioning, responsiveness and durability. Manufacturers have to soften the material to meet the cushioning but sacrificing responsiveness and durability and vise versa. Several well-known brands have tried to dig more out of EVA but only find harden EVA applied to footwear can’t last more than one year.
The innovative application of E-TPU (Expanded Thermoplastic Polyester-Urethane) on ReactPlus midsole changes the dynamics of traditional footwear. It is a new sort of material with increased cushioning, responsiveness, comfort and durability. It is manufactured by foaming E-TPU granules, similar to popcorn, the small TPU air capsules are heated until they expand to larger shapes with unique sizes and dimensions. They are molded together, so you’ll feel you’re stepping on thousands of small capsules of air when you’re wearing the shoes.
The rubber material (TPU) filled with air features lightweight and great shock impact absorption so ReactPlus creates great experience no matter you’re jogging or running. The lightweight E-TPU foam beads is also very elastic, providing you the rebound effect to have your jumping and running performance improved.
