Featuring audacious attempts, fantastic fails and kooky contraptions from the world's patent archives.
There are Self Saluting Hats, Rocking Chair Bathtubs, Flying Machines and a few that would likely kill you.
Researchers from the Smithsonian and White House Historical Association have spent hours curating 100 inventions from circa 1581 to today.
We brought this game to Kickstarter because its curious community rises up to support the bold, outlandish creators today. We believe many of you would have backed these incredible inventions.
Whether it was a lack of access to funding, cultural constrains or an inability to share their message widely, the majority of these inventions, never got past the patent or prototype stage. With your help we can now bring them to life!
