Simply unroll NotNodi® and fit the headband for comfort. The neck pillow fits snuggly into the curvature of your neck to support you underneath the base of your head.
The stabilizing strap & headband are connected and work together, taking over the role of your back and neck muscles to support your head and neck in a natural & balanced & posture.
Step 1: Lean forward and allow the stabilizing strap to naturally extend down your spine to the lumbar region.
Step 2: Recline your head slightly so it is just behind vertical and in contact with the pillow under the base of your head
Step 3: Lean back on the seat to secure the stabilizing strap so your head and neck are both supported by the pillow and your posture is maintained by the resistance provided by the headband and stabilizing strap.
NotNodi® is constructed from high quality neoprene which is known for its durability, and super-soft memory foam for its comfort and resilience. This balance of toughness and softness combine well to deliver the perfect travel pillow.
