When the maxtand 2.0 is fully deployed, it can be freely adjusted from 4.3 CM to 38.8 CM (Slim is 3.8 CM to 38.3 CM). No matter how much you need for height, Maxtand 2.0 can meet all your needs. It allows your spine to stretch at work.After receiving all the suggestions from our crowd funders, we upgraded the construction of Maxtand 1.0. Maxtand 2.0 has the same 3-pivot design as its predecessor but 24 teeth each gear. (Slim has 18 teeth). Now Maxtand 2.0 can adjust 15 degrees each time ( Slim is 20 degrees). It's more compatible with most people's usage habits.
Maxtand 2.0 weighs 4.8 lbs (Slim is 3.5 lbs) and can be folded into a small size of 12.6 * 9.84 * 1.7 inches. Easy to carry anywhere with a backpack.The density of aluminum is about one-third of steel. It can greatly reduce the weight of Maxtand 2.0. Its corrosion resistance and long service life.Aluminum has a low melting point (660 ℃) and simple regeneration. It is also pollution-free and conducive to environmental protection.
We use steel as the material of gear. It has strong hardness. And we can replace steel gear with Brass gear for a better metal texture. (Stretch goal) Maxtand 2.0 has the largest load-bearing capacity of all laptop stands, the gear assembly and support arm can support about 50lbs. So you can put any laptop and your palms on the Maxtand 2.0 and it won't bend or change height/angle while working.
We recommend using the Aluminum C-clip that came with Maxtand 2.0. C-Clamp allows Maxtand 2.0 to be fixed to most materials such as glass or wood. C-Clamp can replace aluminum with Brass for a better metal texture. (Stretch goal) To get a higher monitor viewing angle with the alternative VESA mount.With the LED clamp, Maxtand 2.0 can be your table lamp on your desk.
