Our puzzle boxes are pre-assembled 3-dimensional logic games with various puzzles, which are solved one after another to open the box. The solution to each puzzle is based purely on logic. Neither randomness nor trial and error is required. It is a great way to spend time with your family and friends - and it's a perfect gift for anyone who loves solving puzzles.

Both visually and mechanically, our two puzzle boxes are completely unique. As two engineers with a background in robotics, mechatronics, and precision engineering, we incorporated many unique and intriguing mechanisms into our puzzles, which we think you will love.

We created the following two alchemy-themed puzzle boxes: The Philosopher’s Stone box is based on the legend of Nicolas Flamel who lived during the 14th century. The Anti-Gravity Device box was inspired by Isaac Newton’s 17th and 18th-century works. The two puzzle boxes are entirely different regarding its puzzles, mechanisms and design. They are also completely independent from each other and are supposed to be solved separately.

STORY: The Legacy of the Alchemists Since the dawn of time, alchemy has enjoyed a cloak of mystery and secrecy. The aim has been the same throughout the centuries: turning simple metals into gold. But that was by far not all. Alchemists tried to turn back the clock by creating the elixir of immortality. Surprisingly, this endeavour lasted way into the 18th century. It grabbed the attention of the common people to well-educated scientists. Yet, no one could find immortality, even less create gold from based metals, but one.

Puzzle Box: the Philosopher's Stone Nicolas Flamel, a 14th-century French alchemist, is said to have obtained the full knowledge of the high arts of alchemy. According to the legend, Nicolas Flamel succeeded in developing the Philosopher’s Stone and creating the elixir of life. Even though this elixir did not promise him and his wife immortality, it extended their lives for several hundred years.

But as all things must come to an end, so did the lives of the Flamels as well. It is believed that just before their death they hid the Philosopher’s Stone in a wooden chest. Only those who are capable of relentless perseverance, have goodness at heart and can handle the power of the stone responsibly will succeed.

Recently a small chest was discovered under the floorboards in the basement of the very same house Nicolas Flamel and his wife were believed to have lived in their last days. However, until now no one was able to open it. Find out if you are the deserving seeker who opens the chest and continues the legacy of Nicolas Flamel.

Puzzle Box: the Anti-Gravity Device As the world’s most recognized scientist, Isaac Newton formulated the law of universal gravitation. The legend says that he also worked in the field of antigravity. Newton was not a little surprised when he realized the devastating nature of his discovery on mankind. So, he hid the 10-million-word manuscripts containing his work for further generations to discover its value.

Unfortunately, in 1680 his dog Diamond sparked a fire, and much of Newton’s knowledge and research was burnt. By the way, our puzzle boxes are a great way for gifting money or other small things, as you have to solve a series of challenging puzzles before you get to the prize. It's therefore, a perfect gift for any puzzle lover or someone who you think needs a challenge.

However, recently a mysterious object appeared at an auction. According to the auctioneer this item once belonged to Newton and could potentially hide something linked to his secret research. Who knows what’s inside? Rumors say Newton once claimed he invented a device that defies gravity. Join us on the quest to reveal the contents of Newton's mysterious box. It could be you, who discovers his big secret.

The default color of the acrylic parts is crystal blue. In addition, only available for our Kickstarter backers we will offer two special editions with lime green and ruby red. You can chose your favourite color for each box after the end of the campaign in your backer survey.
You have to order one of these before it's too late!
