We believe these are the most versatile (semi) structured hats ever developed which are available in three models Universal: 6 panel modern baseball hat Bronco: 5 panel classic (but better) trucker hat California: 7 panel modern trucker hat, The hats in the Semi-Structured Collection can be crushed flat (or in a ball) and won’t develop creases. Thanks to our proprietary mesh construction and reinforced side seams.
Structured hats use a stiff fabric called a buckram. This material is cheap and commonly develops creasing due to stuffing it away in your bag or accidentally sitting on it. We solved this problem. Our mesh construction keeps shape but can take a beating. We use a combination of sandwich mesh with added structural support sewn into the seams. This hat is designed for easy packing.
The headband is made with a highly functional microfiber by Toray Ultrasuede®. It has a smooth yet plush feel, comfortable in any climate, and resistant to oders and stains. As an extra detail, we removed itchy tags and debossed our logo. Stains and smells are a problem of the past. This headband is unlike any hat on the market.
Toray — the inventor of the ultra-fine fiber, is manufactured in Japan to the highest quality. Ultrasuede® is 30% plant-based and is used by big brands (Apple) for a vareity of products. This is a product highlight. The crown is made with wrinkle resistant polyester with a premium soft touch (Lululemon quality). We finished it with a durable water repellent (DWR) coating and anti-order treatment. Additionally, we added breathable back mesh panels to help keep you cool.
We developed a pre-curved EVA brim for a classic look that’s crushable, pliable, and most notably, floats. Its offers protection from the sun without sacrificing comfort.We chose an adjustable clip closure with the addition of elastic for some give. Hook it to your belt loop or backpack when not in use. To keep a theme of minimal branding you'll only find a discrete external logo on a small back tab.
As an added benefit, our hats are machine washable (wash on cold only - air dry). Our manufacture uses water resistant glue on our products.All hats are sized at 7 1/4 inches / 58 centimeters with an adjustable strap to tighten or loosen as needed. This is the typical sizing for "one size fits all". We take quality control seriously, but the production process can lead to a 1/4 inch to 0.64 centimeters variance in sizing.
