HyPeg: portable washing and cleaning system
HyPeg is a portable system used to wash and clean vegetables and fruits using ozonated water and ultrasonic washing.
The latest researches show that ultrasound creates bubbles, transforms each bubble into a microscopic "scrub" and removes all the dirt from the food. With the HyPeg, any washing bowl or sink is transformed into an ozonated ultrasonic vegetable and fruit washing, and cleaning machine. Ozone is created by an ozone generator and mixed with water by a fan. An ultrasonic transducer creates microscopic bubbles. This ensures that the micro-indentations of vegetables and fruits are thoroughly washed, and cleaned in a washing bowl or sink, and the food is completely purified. Cleaning is done according to the selected working program, vibration frequency, ozone density, and working time. After a set period and number of operating cycles, the water is drained and rinsing is not required. Typical frequencies, ozone intensities, and cleaning process times adapted to the types and characteristics of fruits and vegetables can be given to the machine manually by the user or automatically via the cloud.
Depending on the electricity, the HyPeg can be operated either wired or wirelessly with a battery pack. To wirelessly charge the battery pack, the ozone ultrasonic vegetable, and fruit washing, and cleaning machine has a wireless charging unit.
