The platform allows users to search for coaches/interviewers based on job title or profession and users can schedule one-on-one mock interviews with a coach that best meets their needs. Coaches have a pre-determined amount of time to provide structured feedback to clients. Getting guidance and advice from someone who works in the same respective field that a job seeker is interested in will significantly reduce anxiety, build confidence, and improve the likelihood of getting the job.
