Woven fabrics are widely used in jackets and shells as they have a stronger structure, but they are usually stiffer and lack flexibility. On the other hand, knitted fabrics have a looser structure and are heavier, but they tend to have better stretch and softer feel. Delicacy Fabric is a unique, 60 fine gauge textile we developed that combines the best of both- It is much lighter than conventional knitted fabrics and has the great density of woven fabrics that finishes soft.
Over the past years, Delicacy Fabric has been applied to intimate underwear and sports base layers because of its close-to-skin comfort. We decided to add more design and function to make this inner layer fabric as protective as an outer garment without losing its lightness and silk-like touch.

Simurgh Jacket has a superb moisture vapor transmission rate (Short in MVTR) of 20,000g/m²/24h that allows you to stay fresh while keeping the rain from penetrating. Why MVTR is an important attribution to our clothing is because it has something to do with breathability. The value of MVTR shows how much moisture can pass through a square meter of fabric in a 24-hour period- the higher the value, the better the breathability.

Simurgh Jacket has 2 outer pockets and 1 interior pocket for you to stash your daily essentials like cellphone, keys, cards etc, For the interior pocket, it serves as a storage bag for the jacket, too!
