Iron Core Clad: 5-ply Arc Clad Frying Pan
Advantages of Stainless steel & Iron in one! Start cooking in 60 seconds with its rapid heat transfer and excellent heat retention.
We’ve reimagined the pan to craft an innovative piece of premium cookware that blends the benefits of iron and stainless steel in one. Constructed utilizing the principles of thermal engineering, our pan’s state-of-the-art heat retention and rapid heat transfer allow you to bring dinner on the table faster.
Boasting benefits such as rust resistance, ease of washing, and the ability to sear foods containing high moisture, stainless steel is a universal staple in professional kitchens, But…there are drawbacks. Pre-heating takes several minutes due to its weaker thermal conductivity. Adding food before a pan is properly heated causes sticking, leading to an afternoon of scrubbing.
What makes Iron Core Clad different? Using the principles of metal cladding, we designed an iron pan that takes the sought-after qualities of stainless steel but leaves lengthy heating times behind, With the corrosion and rust resistance of stainless paired with the heat transfer speeds of iron, this new material allows you to spend more time at the table and less in the kitchen. Don’t believe us? Try it for yourself.
Expertly designed by our thermal engineering team, the Iron Core Clad Frying Pan conducts heat two times faster than traditional metal pans, Not only is heat transferred more quickly, but increased heat retention means the pan stays hot for longer. The best part? You can turn down the cooking temperature after preheating, saving you time and money.
Thanks to our methodology, the pan is exceptionally responsive to magnetism. This means it will work its best on an induction cooktop while also ideally suited for use on a traditional gas cooktop, Indulge in steaks with envious crusts, a stunning sear on a piece of fish, or a superb sautee on veggies––it’s all possible with Iron Core Clad! Plus, we’ve increased the speed of the heat reaction in our pans by 200%, cutting down cooking times and producing perfect results.
Proper preheating is vital in fry pan cooking, reducing your overall cooking time, preventing food from burning, and infusing your ingredients with mouth-watering flavor, Without a preheated pan, you risk unnecessary time in the kitchen resulting in tasteless food.
No more searching online for how to get a good crust on a steak or nice crispy skin on your chicken thighs, as this frying pan will get delectably prepared dishes piping hot and ready in a matter of minutes, When trying to infuse grilled fish or veggies with flawless crispiness and smokey flavor, this pan is unmatched—transferring heat instantly, and mirroring barbecue and charcoal grills.
Use your Iron Core Clad Pans on induction, hi-light, and hot plate cookers for optimum results, Induction works by heating cookware with electricity, which requires a strong magnetic base for heat transfer, Most cookware is made from 430 stainless steel, with integrated carbon, but these materials are generally thick, heavy, and take a very long time to heat up properly.
In our Iron Core Clad, we replace conventional 430 stainless steel with 430 All-Ferrite Iron Plates. Containing far more carbon, this allows for a sturdy pan that’s considerably thinner and lighter, This also increases the magnetic conductivity of the pan, allowing induction heating systems to work more effectively for faster, even heating.
When using a traditional stainless steel pan for extended periods, constant heating and use will eventually cause the pan to bend, deform, and even break, Once preheated, the Iron Core Clad retains heat exceptionally—so you can turn the temperature down and still get that perfect sear, This means the pan doesn’t have to withstand as much direct heat as a stainless steel alternative, making it even less likely to deform with regular use.
You have to order one of these before it's too late!
