Risks and challenges
We have fully functional prototypes being tested, manufacturers cutting tools, high-end packaging developed and quality control checks in place. These efforts, along with our years of experience, reduce many of the risks associated with launching a new product. If any issues do arise, our team will tackle them and communicate with full transparency to our backers.
Our commitment to public health means that everyone involved stays safe throughout the whole process. As each country/city has their own lockdown rules, any issue with one of these partners could affect the entire production schedule. Although everything is on track, there is a possibility of delays in production or shipping. To mitigate this risk, we have developed close ties with our domestic and international partners, together striving to deliver a high quality product.

Long-lasting design
We supply a polishing cloth to remove patina from the product, which allows the customer to restore the product to its original shine. Additionally, we supply a replacement adhesive, giving the customer the ability to reapply the product to another device in the future.
Reusability and recyclability
Copper is 100% recyclable and our product is made out of 99% copper.
The packaging assembly is 90% recyclable and has the work instructions printed directly on it, further reducing the amount of paper used.
Sustainable materials
The product is made out of 100% recyclable copper while the display packaging is made primarily out of recyclable cardboard. All shipment between factories is done with 100% recyclable shipping cartons. Finally when shipping to customers we use small mailers to further reduce our impact on the environment.
Environmentally friendly factories
We are focused on partnering with small companies to manufacture our products, keeping overhead low and waste to a minimum. The supply chain has also been set up to reduce the distance that raw materials need to travel, minimizing our impact on the environment. Processes have been put in place to recycle all scrap copper created during the manufacturing process.
Sustainable Distribution
We plan on doing all the fulfillment ourselves, reducing the amount of waste created by shipping products through large warehouses. We also will reduce the amount of pickups by having a dedicated logistics person in charge to maximize delivery performance.
Something else
We have developed tooling that modifies existing products into new versions, giving us the ability to repurpose old designs without any waste
